Food product form

Skinless tilapia fillets, pale ivory-white with a fine sheen and the neat oval shape the cut naturally takes. They are trimmed boneless and the thickness is even across the fillet, so they cook through at the same moment.

Tilapia is the mildest of white fish — no oiliness, no strong aroma, just a clean, faintly sweet flavour and a soft flake. That neutrality is the point: it takes on whatever it is cooked with. Pan-fry it, steam it with black bean, bake it under a crust, or drop it into a soup or curry.

  • Skinless, boneless, evenly trimmed fillets
  • Pale ivory flesh with a clean, mild flavour
  • Soft flake that absorbs seasoning well
  • Pan-fry, steam, bake, soup or curry

Net weight 1000g. Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Avoid repeated thawing. Cook thoroughly before eating.
